  • your child’s comfort item from home

If your child show symptoms of high temperature, vomiting or diarrhoea while in care, the staff will comfort him/her then call the parent to pick up the child as these are considered infectious diseases.

We ask parents to keep their children home if they show any of the above symptoms. Exclusion is recommended for 24 hours after the last vomit, bowel motion or temperature above 38 degrees.

In Occasional Childcare, the age of the children vary from six months old up to six years old. The ratio is one staff member for every five children. We can have up to twenty children with four staff in one session.

In the three year old kinder, all the children have to be three years old and over . The ratio is one staff member to fifteen children. We can have up to thirty children with two staff in one session.
